What First Aid 4U Handles For You
When you become a sub-training partner, you get the support of an established organization behind you; without giving up your independence. Here’s what we take care of:
Certificate Processing: Submit your student list and we handle all Red Cross certificate issuance – no paperwork on your end.
Insurance and Compliance: Your $150 application fee covers the insurance and WSIB regulatory requirements so you’re covered from day one.
Red Cross Affiliation: Deliver courses under the trusted First Aid 4U and Canadian Red Cross banner with full course access included.
Ongoing Maintenance: Annual maintenance keeps your partnerships active and your credentials current with no disruption to your training schedule.
You Run Your Training, Your Way
This is your business. As a sub-training partner, you’re in control of your operations from start to finish.
- Supply your own training materials and equipment
- Find and arrange your own students, training dates and locations
- Handle all communications with your students directly
Who Can Apply
Hold a current Canadian Red Cross Instructor certification
Maintain Canadian Red Cross standards throughout the duration of your partnership
Application Fee
There is a one time $150 application fee. This covers your insurance setup and ensures your partnership meets WSIB regulatory requirements from day one.
An annual maintenance fee of $75/annually every January, applies to keep your partnership active. Contact us for details.

Companies and organizations with existing instructors – or those looking to develop instructors in-house – can partner with First Aid 4U to deliver training at scale. For organizations running regular workplace safety training throughout the year, this is a cost-effective alternative to booking private sessions.
