Course Description
Basic first aid course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. The Red Cross Course; exceeds competitors’ standards, by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED skills.
General Information
Duration: 3 hours online (self paced), followed up by 5 hours in class. In-class time will generally be 9AM-2PM.
Certificate: 3 year, Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C/AED.

Course Overview
Emergency First Aid & CPR is an essential first aid and CPR/AED training for the workplace or home. Includes current first aid and CPR guidelines, injury prevention content, CPR techniques, and AED skills used for adults, children, and infants. It is designed to meet workplace and general training needs, aligning with current WSIB guidelines and CSA standards. Successful participants receive a certification valid for three years. Students will complete 3-4 hours of online training followed by 6 hours in-class generally 9AM to 3PM.
