Course Description
Basic one-day (8 hours) course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. The Red Cross Course; exceeds competitors’ standards, by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED skills.
General Information
Duration: 8 hours in class / 1 day. Course time will be 9AM-5PM. If you are looking to reduce your in class time, take a look at our Blended/Online Courses!
Certificate: 3 year, Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C/AED.

We are able to offer different training levels during our courses, please select Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C/AED (9AM – 5PM Day 1 only) in the Level of Training selection below. Please note you will see a duration of 2 days listed while registering as you will be attending part of a 2 day course, but you will only attend the first day of the course 9AM-5PM.
