I have to re-cert every year and truth be told don't look forward to it. Tonight, the instructor Hawley actually made it enjoyable! I was engaged and learned practical information. Would request him again.
What an experience with my first time doing standard first aid and cpr! Our instructor Michelle was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very highly certified in what she does! An emergency situation arose while in class and she was quickly into action and we worked as a team! It was quite the hands on experience of a crucial time of emergency and I will never forget this as long as I live! It has given me the confidence to be sure of my self when in need to apply this information and encourages me to seek volunteering! Truly an amazing experience and learned tremendously! Couldn’t be more happy with not only the course but Michelle being extremely good at teaching it, and making me feel confident about it! I hope to see her again one day helping side by side when in need! 911 first, but I would love to have u as my rescue if ever needed! Lol
Hawley was an awesome instructor and was very informative throughout both sessions. It was also nice to have access to a course out here in the West End. I would have had to travel across town to take it otherwise.
