CPR/AED only is a great course for personal information, it does meet some workplace requirements such as Canfitpro certified fitness instructors. 

What You Will Learn

CPR Level C & AED focuses on practical emergency response skills for cardiovascular emergencies and choking in adults, children, and infants.

Responding to emergencies and the Check, Call, Care approach
CPR for adults, children, and infants
Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Choking response for adults, children, and babies
Recovery position and emergency response steps
Recognizing heart attack, stroke, and severe bleeding emergencies

This course is ideal for participants who need CPR certification without taking a full first aid course.

FAQs

How long is the CPR course?
This course is completed in approximately 6 hours in class.

What level of CPR is included?
This course includes CPR Level C and AED training, suitable for workplace and general certification needs.

How long is certification valid?
Certification is valid for 3 years.

Is this course workplace approved?
Yes. CPR Level C & AED certification is accepted for many workplace requirements where a traditional First Aid Certificate is not required. Always check with your employer if you are unsure as to what level you require.

Does CPR only training include AED training?
Yes. CPR Level C & AED courses contain hands on experience with Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s). Your certificate will also reflect that you have been trained in AED.
