Yes. First Aid 4U is a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner and has been recognized as a leading provider of first aid and CPR training in Ontario and across Canada. Our courses meet provincial and national standards, including WSIB and CSA requirements, and are widely accepted by employers, schools, and regulatory bodies.
We offer both in-person courses and blended training options. With blended training, you complete the theory portion online at your own pace before attending a shorter in-person session to complete the hands-on skills portion.
Most Standard First Aid and CPR courses take 1–2 days to complete. If you choose a blended course, part of the training can be completed online before the in-person session.
Standard First Aid is a comprehensive two-day course covering a wide range of emergencies and is commonly required in workplaces with six or more employees on site.
Emergency First Aid is a one-day course focused on life-threatening emergencies and is typically required for workplaces with five or fewer employees.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advanced CPR course designed for healthcare professionals such as nurses, PSWs, and dental staff.
Yes. All First Aid 4U courses follow Canadian Red Cross training standards and meet WSIB workplace training requirements. The Canadian Red Cross has also adopted CSA Standard Z1210-17, allowing certifications to be recognized across multiple provinces where CSA standards are used.
Yes. First Aid 4U is a designated Red Cross Instructor Development Centre. We provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to become a certified First Aid and CPR instructor.
First Aid 4U offers flexible options for businesses and organizations, including private on-site training, training at our facilities, and scalable credit systems that allow teams to book courses individually while still managing training at the organizational level.
