The morning of the course, if you are feeling ill or showing any signs or symptoms from the list below, do not leave your house. Give us a call and we will put your booking on hold. After you have isolated for 14 days, please give us another call and we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost.

The day of your course, please aim to arrive to the training facility between 15 and 30 minutes before your class time. When you arrive you will see a notice on our training room door to wait outside the training room. You will be asked to wait in a single file line keeping 6 feet apart from the other participants. The course instructor will survey each student one at a time before granting permission into the course. Upon entry, you will be guided to a hand sanitizing station and given a surgical face mask*.  You, the other students and the instructor will be required to wear the face mask throughout the entire course. You will also be given gloves to be worn during the skills session of the course.

* Participants are allowed to bring their own Procedural or Surgical mask that is rated 95% or greater BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency).  Personal masks that are homemade (cotton, polyester, etc.) will not be permitted.

During the course you will be given a seat that is 6 feet apart from the other students. You will be given your own mannequin and training equipment to use throughout the course. All of our equipment is thoroughly disinfected before and after each and every use. PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to demonstrate various skills on another participant in the class. During this time, you will both be given new gloves and be required to keep your face mask on. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not register for a course. If you require to reschedule, please let us know. No fee will be applied. You will also be required to give two full breaths into your mannequin. Your mannequin will be protected with your own personal sterile disposable face shield (that we provide for you). These face shields are immediately disposed up and the mannequins are thoroughly cleaned.
