I wanted to say thank you so much to David for the way he made the training fun and easy to understand; I learned more then just training. Thank you for the way you made us all feel at ease because I was very nervous to take the course thinking it was going to be stressful. David has a wonderful way of teaching his classes, making everyone feel comfortable around one another, which made the training that much more satisfying. The Standard First Aid & CPR level C refresher I completed at 700 Industrial Avenue was absolutely excellent. I have enrolled in a large number of similar courses over the years and many have been delivered in a dry, canned, and methodical manner. This course, though, was anything but. Longtime instructor David Smith adopted the perfect blend of detailed information, humour, personal experiences, and practical application hints, and I came away feeling my day had been exceptionally well spent.

The instructer was realy amazing. My only issues was booking there were issues and I had to file a conplaint to get it resolved. Other then that it was great.
Excellent training and the instructor made sure everyone understood every single topic backed by a practical. I had my training at Mississauga(Lakeshore) location.I really enjoyed the class and also I recommend FIRST AID 4U to each and everyone. Great experience and the best so far. Thank you.

I recently attended a first aid and CPR training session at the Hamilton Fennell location with Kim as the instructor, and I had an amazing experience. Kim did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged throughout the session, making sure we were actively involved with fun activities. She also shared relatable stories that tied in perfectly with the first aid and CPR training, making it both informative and enjoyable. Her energy and approach really helped the group stay focused and made the learning process easy to follow.
