Giveaway Terms:
- The giveaway begins on [Insert Start Date] and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 18th, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are entering on behalf of an Ontario-based business. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of business location within Ontario may be required.
One entry per person.
The winning business may be announced on First Aid 4U’s website and social media channels. By entering, participants consent to the use of their business name and location for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
One (1) eligible entrant will receive a Philips HeartStart AED Ready-Pack, which includes:

Shipping of the prize within Ontario is included at no cost to the winner. No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize will be permitted.
First Aid 4U reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or tampering with the entry process.
- The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by First Aid 4U from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selected entrant will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the draw. The selected entrant must confirm their shipping and contact information within three (3) business days of notification in order to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
