I recently attended a first aid and CPR training session at the Hamilton Fennell location with Kim as the instructor, and I had an amazing experience. Kim did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged throughout the session, making sure we were actively involved with fun activities. She also shared relatable stories that tied in perfectly with the first aid and CPR training, making it both informative and enjoyable. Her energy and approach really helped the group stay focused and made the learning process easy to follow. We had what felt like a comprehensive and insightful class on CPR. Our wonderful instructor, Dave, ensured we learned the importance of giving aid and identifying when and what to do in different situations.

First of all, I am very lucky to have received first aid training there because the instructor was a wonderfully knowledgeable person, his jokes were funny and he conveyed the training in an academic way. As a Muslim, we were incredibly pleased with the Qibla direction sign he made there and the fact that he said you can pray.

Hawley is an excellent teacher. His knowledge base is solid in material and plenty of real life stories to pass on of the dangers of life and how quickly an emergency happens.

Good training program. I took the blended training. The online part was good, learn at your pace. The in class part was great. Instructor Hawley Lepine made it very informative, practical, easy to learn and fun at the same time. I recommend First Aid 4U.

Outstanding instructor, Hawley Lepine. After attending first aid courses many times over the years, this was the first time when I (and everyone else attending the course) was riveted and you could hear a pin drop when the instructor spoke. He underscored important points in the course by peppering it with vivid real life suspenseful first aid stories, and a healthy dose of humour. Students were coached closely in the practical portion of the course to ensure they were successful. for e.g. application of CPR & AED, as well as splints and slings. Highly recommend this instructor and hope he is available when I am required to take my refresher.

My First time and experience with Judy for First Aid and CPR and let me tell you. It was the most hands on, interactive and best class I have ever been to. Judy has the biggest heart and shows it in what she loves to do with heart and soul in it. She has not only taught me new skills in her class but understands every one at their own level of learning. I completed the standard first aid/ car and AED training at the Mississauga facility, and it was a wonderful experience. Trainer made sure everyone was following the entire time, and although the material to cover was a lot, he made it enjoyable. would highly recommend.

I just finished my 2 day certification for Standard First Aid, and the experience was excellent. Our instructor, Dave “Smitty” Smith, did an absolute amazing job. Smitty was thorough, did a real great job explaining the why, and set up each scene with some really great examples and explanations as to “what if” something doesn’t go as planned. Instructor David is amazing and makes learning the material fun. He makes the most of all the material he has to teach, he involves the whole class, asks for volunteers and what I liked the most is on the second day (if you take the two day in class) if that he has a jeopardy like game that you get to practice what you learnt the previous day. This really helped for the test at the end of day two. Thank you David for a surprisingly fun two days of relearning CPR/FIRST AID.

(David Smith) I recently completed the Standard First Aid & CPR Level C course by 2nd shat, bec my first day was to boring and wasn't feeling well but, i learned a lot from those days for me amazing teaching with a new instructor again Mr David Smith has different way to teach a student he knows i get a good potential, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn life-saving skills. The class was intensive. The instructor knows his game very well. However, I would like to suggest, being a professional teacher myself, that intermittent short breaks would be helpful for students/participants to refresh a bit. I felt, like other students very tired at a point and some other participants expressed the same sentiments. This is a humble suggestion though.Thank you.

Excellent, welcoming, personable, accommodating and knowledgeable instructor.The company has issues with admin. Advertised time for my course was 9-1. The first thing we were told in the classroom was 9-2. Also my certificate did not come as promised so I had to email and phone to receive it.

I would highly recommend First Aid 4U for any of your First Aid training needs. I completed my Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C through First Aid 4U, a Canadian Red Cross training partner. Our instructor, Hawley, was very personable, and easy to follow. He often gave examples of real-life scenarios that he’s found himself in, or situations in which our training could play out in the real world. Our class was really interactive. I took First Aid & CPR/AED Level C many years ago, around 2010, and aside from the gap in time/evolving knowledge, I learned more about the same topics now than I did back then! Awesome work, First Aid 4U!

He has a way with how he explains things that really make you think..about scenarios in that may arise in real life..he is beyond knowledgable! His personal experiences really moved me with what he has dealt with..he is straight to the point and blunt in a really good way.we laughed a lot.we learned a lot and he truly is a great instructor.i was nervous about this but with all his information ontop of the slides he made me super confident and passed with 100 percent.thanks a bunch!

It has been very beneficial to me. I have Learned plenty of things that will help me in my everyday life learning what to do when people need first aid assistance whether in workplaces. Or elsewhere learning how to properly provide first aid in many ways. The instructor has been very lucid and knowledgeable to have made every body lock in to get himself understood by trainees.

Fantastic training from Rayan Afsar! It was my second time having a class with this trainer and it was great both times. Rayan is very informative while also connecting with anecdotes and jokes to keep the class engaged. Mageb, who taught us in Vaughan, in Apr. 2023, did a great job teaching us. Being a trained physician in his home country came through by exhibiting his professional knowledge. However, he also did it in a light, almost entertaining manner which made the educational experience less cumbersome.

Ashraf was a great instructor who was serious yet personable in his delivery of the practical component of my blended First-Aid/CPR/AED course. I ended up needing to put my training to use just days after having completed the course and was able to act quickly and effectively to assist an injured colleague.While the entities aren't directly related, my only complaint about the program has been the finicky/temperamental Red Cross website. Accessing certifications, course information and profile details has been - at best - annoying.

The teaching technique, and the way the information is given makes the course really enjoyable. The Brampton instructor is the best. He makes learning fun and easy. If you listen to the instructor (which is his #1 rule) you will pass with flying colours. Thank you Aurangzeb you were GREAT!My only issues are they need to invest in a Bluetooth speaker as the laptop volume isn't loud enough and a bigger tv would be nice.

In class portion:- Good instructor.- It would be better if the TV was the appropriate size to see the presentation, or if used a projector allowing a wide screen.Online portion:- Well designed.- It would be better if it provide a summary of main points for each chapter allowing the student a quick refresh about them.
The course and instructor were good. After the course was completed I’ve started to receive emails stating that they hadn’t received my payment. I contacted them, clarified that they had my payment, and received by email, a copy of the invoice indicating that it was paid in full. Since, I receive an email monthly stating I still haven’t paid, each to which I reply with the receipt, marked “paid”, attached. It is impossible to speak with a person when you call in. It goes to voicemail every time. Disorganized, and to be honest, the emails are rude, stating how it’s problematic that I haven’t paid them, and that it’s an urgent matter. If I had rated immediately after taking the course, it would have been 4-5 stars, but based on the nonsense that has followed, I just can’t. Sorry everyone….get it together.
